| The Kitchen/ulitity room fan shall have axail impellers and a maintenance free motor with thermal protection. The case shall be of high gloss ABS with automatic shutters. The fan shall be capable of extracting 240m³/h (67l/s) through a 150mm (6") spigot and meeting Building Regulations when installed. It should be suitable for 230 volt operation and double insulated. Control options should include timer and condensation control PCB's with a glass fibre content. All fans and ancillaries to be manufactured by Silavent Ltd, 60 High Street, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 8DY. |
