| The Kitchen/ulitity room fan shall have axial impellers and a maintenance free motor with thermal protection. The case shall be of high gloss ABS. The fan shall be capable of extracting 240m³/h (67 l/s) through a 150mm (6") spigot and meeting Building Regulations when installed. It should be suitable for 230 volt operation and double insulated. Control options should include timer and humidistat with all ancillaries to be manufactured by Silavent Ltd, 60 High Street, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 8DY. |
