Standard
The fan is operated by a separate light switch/ remote switch (not supplied)
Pull-cord
The fan is operated by the integral pull-cord.
Timer
Single speed. The fan is operated by a separate light switch/remote switch (not supplied). The integral adjustable timer allows the fan to run on for up to 25 minutes after being switched off.
Condensation Control
Manual and automatic operation. If humidity exceeds the pr-set level above 50% RH, the integral controller will switch on the fan. Once the humidity is reduced, the optional integral adjustment timer will allow the fan to run on for up to 25 minutes. If wired to a light switch/remote switch, this will override the automatic operation.
Infra Red
The fan is activated by movement within a detection area of up to 5 metres. When movement is no longer detected, the built in adjustable timer allows the fan to run on for its pre-set period. |

Standard
The fan is designed to operate continuously at low speed. High speed is activated by a separate light switch/remote switch (not supplied).
Timer
As the standard model but incorporates an integral adjustable timer. The timer will operate after the light/remote switch is turned off. At the end of the time delay period, the fan will return to continuous low speed.

Installation
The Mayfair 2000 is designed to be flush mounted in walls or ceilings using the separately purchased Building In Frame (MAY 905B).
For surface mounting Models 070 and 100, the plastic box (MAY 504A) must be used and the fan motor dome cover removed. Models 140 use the metal surface mounting box (FLA 106A)
IMPORTANT
The Mayfair 2000 fan is a two part extract fan. To ensure correct operation and installation, one of the following is required with the fan body. |
