| The kitchen fan shall have centrifugal impellers and a maintenance free ball bearing motor with thermal protection. The case shall be of high gloss ABS and incorporate stainless steel spring operated back draught shutters. The filter shall allow maximum filtration and be quickly removable without the use of tools. The fan shall be capable of extracting 240m³/h (67l/s) at free air and be suitable for 230 volt operation and double insulated. Control options should include pull-cord and condensation control.
