| The utility room fan shall have axial impellers and a maintenance free motor with thermal protection. The case shall be of high gloss ABS. The fan shall be capable of extracting 162m³/h (45l/s) at free air and meeting Building Regulations when installed. It should be suitable for 230 volt operation and double insulated. Control options should include timer and condensation control PCB's with a glass fibre content.
