| The toilet/bathroom fan shall have centrifugal impellers and a maintenance free motor with thermal protection. The case shall be of high gloss ABS and incorporate back draught shutter with stainless steel springs. The fan shall be capable of extracting 80m³/h (22l/s) at free air and meeting Building Regulations when installed. It should be suitable for 230 volt operation and double insulated. Control options should include timer and condensation control PCB's with a glass fibre content.
